Abstract
The constitution of human is a stable state with the specificity of function and metabolism, which can distinguish one from another during the process that he is born, grow up and senile. This state may usually decide the specialty of physical response, sensitivity to the cause and type of disease. In Western medicine, there is a middle zone between that of disease and that of normal state, whether it can be disease or not. Based on these concept, the constitutional pathology is suggested.
The constitution of human is classified into five types in the part of pathology. In this study, a experiment was designed for the scientific access of Chinese constituion theory and constitutional food therapy.
